We provide advice on many difficulties experienced by Business, in particular business or commercial leases, commercial contracts with clients, suppliers and also the many aspects of existing employment legislation

E M P L O Y M E N T Whether you are an employer or employee we can provide you with advice on your contracts, or the many issues that arises out of contracts of employment. We can also represent you at Industrial or Employment Tribunals.

O T H E R M A T T E R S The above matters could not possibly cover all of the services that we offer to our clients and we are happy to initially discuss any other concerns you may have.
We do not make any charge for an initial half hour appointment. Thereafter, if you wish to retain our services, we are happy to discuss costs further with you. If it is possible we will explore for you, your entitlement to Legal Aid or whether it is possible to obtain insurance cover for any legal action that you may instruct us to take on your behalf. If the above is not possible we will be happy to make arrangements with you in respect of the payment of costs.
We believe that we can offer you our best Legal Services, if you consult us at a very early stage. This enables you to get the benefit of our best advice, ask us very many different questions before you take any decisions. As your Lawyer we will give you the benefit of our advice, you make your decision on the basis of that advice. We provide appointments during office hours and outside, we are happy to see you at a time, date and location that is convenient for you, at your home, our office or any other place.
