W I L L S We cannot emphasise the importance of making a Will. The making of a Will can ensure that your wishes are carried out and can also lessen the general anxiety experienced by family and friends after death.
We understand the sensitivity when you are making a Will. We are happy to attend at your home, if you would prefer not to call at the office and we will take time with you in preparing your Will. We are happy to discuss the making of your Will with you, advise you on any potential tax difficulties especially inheritance tax and any other taxes we feel should be considered.
In respect of clients who wish to make provision for family members who are disadvantaged in any way, we are happy to advise further on their protection. You can consider, for example the use of Trust.

P R O B A T E AND ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES This can be a difficult time particularly for family and friends and we offer again a very unobtrusive service in relation to advice.

It is imperative to make contact with the Executors very quickly to ensure the instructions of the deceased family member or friends are carried out. We can share that burden by looking after the administration of the estate and attending to very many different matters and resolving the deceased's estate with the minimum of anxiety and stress to the family and friends.

The administration of estates can sometimes take a little more time than family and friends would generally expect.
